Job Openings for Week of May 26, 2015

Summer Help: Part-time up to 29 hours temporary summer positions available to assist individuals with disabilities in residential and day program settings. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have HS Diploma or GED.

Receptionist: Part-time position. Hours include: Monday & Thursday 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Will be responsible for answering telephone, greeting visitors, typing form letters and various reports. Must have experience with Microsoft Office computer programs and must have good grammar and spelling. Previous experience desired. HS Diploma or GED required.

Cook: Full-time 1st shift, hours 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. position available. May include some weekends. Previous cooking and food service experience preferred. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have HS Diploma or GED.

LPN/RN: Full time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions available. Responsible for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans, pass medications, admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed in a relaxed residential setting. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have Iowa license.

Shift Supervisor: Full time position 2nd shift position to provide supervision, scheduling and support to residential ICF-ID staff. Previous experience in ID/DD setting and supervision required. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Schedule will include some weekends and holidays. HS Diploma or GED required.

Resident Counselor: Full-time position responsible for overseeing all activities of daily living in group home or apartment settings. Must be able to work rotating 2nd shift/overnight and every other weekend schedule. High School diploma or GED required. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation.

Personal Independence Services Aide: Part-time Monday - Friday (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) position is responsible for break time and lunch set up and assisting persons with disabilities with personal care. High School diploma or GED required. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Part- time Job Coach: Part-time position to train, assist and transport adults with disabilities in community job opportunities. Must be able to work flexible schedules including early mornings, holidays and weekends. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance and HS Diploma or GED required.

Program Lead: Full-time position responsible for daily care of residents as well as planning, preparing, implementing and monitoring Individual Program Plans and activities for assigned individuals at ICF-ID Residential Center. Schedule consists of a combination of 1st and 2nd shift hours and weekends.Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. HS Diploma or GED required, related experience preferred.

Support Staff: Full-time or part-time 2nd shift positions available to assist individuals with disabilities in group home, apartment, or family home settings with all activities of daily living. Must have driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. HS Diploma or GED required.

Resident Aide: Full-time and part-time 2nd & 3rd shift positions available to assist with and teach independent living skills to children and adults with disabilities in relaxed, residential setting. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. HS Diploma or GED required.
